I am enjoying my time at Shaadi.com. Shaadi.com has let me expand my technical horizon and try my hand on golang, react, javascript, aws, and many more. The technical team is full of passion for keeping trying new technologies, methodologies, and patterns. And the leadership team has always provided their strong support. Shaadi.com is an excellent place to work as a Data Scientist, and I am glad I had the opportunity to start my career in Data Science as an intern for their flagship brand Shaadi.com 2 years ago. It has been a fantastic learning journey so far. The volume and variety of data, along with exciting business problems, make it fun to implement machine learning. I get to work on new challenges every day with a good mix of analytics and engineering problems. With a work culture that encourages innovative solutions, implementing them leads to a very rewarding workday. Look forward to many more years of learning.

Both I and Shaadi.com were setting up our roots in Product Management and Agile when I started here, and the relationship has been symbiotic ever since. It has been a joy ride all the way – filled with learning and a lot of fun. One thing that stands above all is that we have the freedom to plan and do our work. Taking ownership is how our team runs, whether it’s work, success, or setbacks. We believe that there is no failure and no work done is a waste of time – we either win or learn. I have been working with Shaadi.com for almost a decade now, and it has helped me grow professionally. I joined as a Sr. QA Engineer but evolved gradually to become an Assistant Product Manager today, and there is still a long way to go.
