It consists of a series of well-structured stints, each strategically crafted to foster a deep understanding of our organization’s customers, key departments and operations. This program enables them to develop a broader perspective and the ability to navigate complex business problems. At the end of the eDev program, the management trainees are equipped with a strong foundation in customer centricity, leadership and a deep understanding of our organization. They are well-prepared to take on managerial roles in key businesses and contribute to the company’s continued success.
pDevs :: Product Development
pDev is an extensive 6-month development program tailored for high-achieving engineers recruited from esteemed institutes nationwide. Its primary goal is to cultivate a strong technical talent pool within the organisation, nurturing exceptional and innovative individuals. The program immerses pDevs in a stimulating environment to accelerate their professional growth in the engineering field. Through challenging projects, they enhance their technical skills and competencies, empowering them to become trailblazers in their respective domains. pDev creates a platform for young talent to thrive and contribute to the organization’s continuous advancement.
